His expertise and talents are primarily focused on contract administration and financial management. He has had many years experience as an Administrative Manager in the construction arena.

Mr. Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University.

Stephanie Sellers is a skilled professional who brings more than 20 years of administrative experience to her role as office manager of Jairus Construction LLC.

Stephanie joined the Jairus Construction team in 2007 and directly handles all financial matters such as accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll and banking.

She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges.

Mr. Carlos Vargas is the Senior Project Manager.

He has literally spent his entire life in the construction industry. He started at an early age and is knowledgeable of all phases of the construction process. Mr. Vargas is a qualified contractor with expert capability and skill to easily
distribute, delegate, and manage the many areas encompassing a construction project from site development to contracting complete construction operations.

He has an excellent track record of successful projects and is experienced in coordinating all the trades and making sure contracts are fulfilled.
